So I'm going to roll with who I am.  I am Grayson Lanza, and I am a straight A student. I'm a Libertarian (don't be hatin' :p) who loves cars. Especially American cars. And Jeeps. Hence the name. Also, I'm a big stock/economic/business junkie, which isn't exactly a great thing to be in today's economic climate. So, I'm going to talk about my first issue. 

Chrysler LLC Bankruptcy Filing

So Chrysler filed bankruptcy. I personally am a fanboyof Chryco, and was deeply saddened to hear the nes. But I feel that it will be be for the better of Chrysler, to loosen ties with some of its "bad" assets. Also, Fiat WILL be better for Chrysler, unlike the debacle with Daimler.  My one problem with the deal is the stake the unions and the gov't have in it. 50% goes to the union to pay the pension fund. WTF. The gov't gets 10%. WTF. Fiat can't increase its stake unless it meets certain requirements set by the gov't. WTF. All of this sucks. I truly hope the unions and gov't back off soon, or else our national auto industry will be permanetly partially nationalized (I know its an oxymoron) So yes.  My libertarian ultra capitalist thinking is shining through right here. And remember people! Their Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch!
